Renault Wonderboom Pretoria has the Poorest,unprofessional and slow customer service and their head office too!!!

The worsed poorest service i have ever had!! Im so disgusted with the lack of interest in their clients, my 2018 Renault kwid was towed on monday the 19th of August 2019 to wonderboom service center since its still under warranty , i only got a call on wednesday the 21st to let me know that they strpping off my engine and i do accept the process bcos they discovered what the problem was, my car is only 25000km which i had it serviced on 15000km, ever since i have been calling the to organise me a curtasy car which they have to give in the mean time, all i get is them telling me that they waiting for the report from the mechanic, then they will give me another car to use, its been 9days already and i have 6months old twins which i need to get to Doctors and still go to work , im stack i dont know what to do!!! I have been calling other branches and they told me its wrong of them they have to give me a curtasy car, i even called the head office wanted to speak to lucy but i never got a reply , iv left massages on her mechine nothing has happend!! Today as im typing her im waiting for the managers call, i spoke to him around 13:00 since i have been looking for him from 9:00 am, he called me a day before he said he will update me in the morning, he never called me! I called him again he said hell call after 30minutes with an update on my curtasy car he never did! I spoke to leean nd bossy but i havent got any help!!!! Im so disgusted by their service im never taking my car there anymore! Nxa!
