Dangerous dealership

Purchased the Renault Kiger about two years ago. The vehicle had faults from the day of purchase. Took the car for evaluation many times however I was told there is nothing wrong with it. The vehicles carpet on the drivers side is torn, when driving one can clearly hear that there is air coming in somewhere one cannot even have a conversation in the car because the sound is so loud. When turning the steering wheel while reversing the car makes a terrible skreeching sound but Renault stands to say there is nothing wrong with the car. What type of company would put their customers in such danger. The service has been horrible
