Completely Horrible Service

This review is to make other clients aware of the torrid service received from Renault Tygervalley.

my Renault Captur was booked in for a turbo refurbish( not replaced).

this car has been making noises on several different occasions after bringing in the car at my own expense several occasions, Renault eventually reckoned it was the turbo.

i advise Renault the steering wheel is also a problem they advise they will attend to it. While no one commmunicated to me on any progress done with my car i had to keep calling Gerhardt and Mohammend for updates on my vehicle.

3 months passed eventually after many excuses and lies told by Mohammed, Gerhardt and their manager Burton i received my vehicle back.

the very next day the vehicle was sluggish in starting the steering wheel is still a problem, i advised Mohammed and no one had the decency to tend to this matter or return my call.

my car eventually wouldn't start i sent them the warning signs given by the vehicle. i was then told the vehicle battery is the problem.

i asked them in the 3 months you had my vehicle was the car started up or has the battery been charged or even removed from the vehicle since it cant be started without the turbo being fitted.

they are the experts and never did any of this.

I called my insurance to charge up my battery so i could get to an important interview.

the next morning driving to work my battery started to burn in my car.

until today Renault did not call or following up on any of my requests i've been calling them daily leaving messages no one gets back to me.

gerhardt the *********** service agent advised me on buying the wrong battery as well. Renault refuses to pay for my battery due to their negligence.

after waiting for my car for 3 months they left me with another problem and my current problem is not even solved.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Renault Tygervalley or ever make use of Gerhardt, Mohammed or Burton they are absolute ******* with their services and they give Renault Tygervalley a horrible name.
