Bad service of receptionist

This branch lack of communication is utterly beyond bad we pay high prices but we have to continually call for an update as its there job! Then most of the time they dont pick up or dont get back to u if they understaffed get more receptionists also I find the 2 receptionist very unfriendly I understand some things take longer to repair but then they have to keep in contact with the PAYING COSTUMERS
