Poor customer service

Yesterday i went into renault tokai to order a part for my vehicle at first i was told that they could not get the part then eventually they could order it i paid the part they told me ill have it the same day which did not happen they phoned me today 27th November 2019 stating part is there i can collect. Which i did on my arrival me and my hubby has taken a day off from work in order to be there,after waiting almost an hour i got told oh wr cant find the part we will deliver it for you. Still waiting. I am very upset with the poor service we got took a day off from work and still no part. No work no pay. Please see to this matter as urgent... I am not happy at all very unorganized and pathetic service
