Most useless bunch of idiots I have ever come across. Even a one star rating is way too much for these special people. Took my wife’s car to get the aircon sorted, they have had the car for 4 days and have done jack**** Nothing. In fact that told me they don’t have parts and I must find the parts for them and arrange for someone to bring the parts to install. (I kid you not) this is besides the fact that they are still not sure what is wrong. Brad the “service agent” would not even be able to organize an opening to an envelope. If you looking for a circus performance Route 24 Renault are your go to clowns. My suggestion is never go near them. Never buy a Renault
