The Worst car brand under the sky. Renault Princes Crossing and Renault South Africa.

Renault princess is the worst along with Renault South Africa. 3 years ago my mom took her car in for service while it was still under warranty and all they did was mess it up. The people who worked on the car did not clock in their service cards so till today nobody at the dealership wants to take accountability for the case. They said the problem was the injectors and the ended up putting in the wrong injectors into the car and still expected my mom to pay for the damage that was caused by them. The warranty that my mom checked the car into with ended up expiring and she she had to take out a new warranty for the car. To top it all off they kept changing management at the dealership so each time she went there she was meant with a new face that would provide empty promises about the car issue being resolved. Mom then escalated the issue to Renault South Africa and they promised to look into the issue and it would be resolved in a couple of weeks. Last year when my mom went with lawyers to resolve the car matter she found her car stripped and yet again under new management that claims to know nothing about the car. This all happened in 2020, my mom paid off her car and still has to pay warranty for a car she is not using and that is parked at the car dealership for 3 years now. When will Renault resolve this and pay my mom the money she has been paying all these years. This is really bad service. 3 years is too long to remain silent. It's definitely time to go public.
