Renault Bloemfontein Poor service delivery

I purchased a Renault Kwid at Reeds Motors in Claremont., when arriving at home in Upington I found that the clutch had problems with additional issues such as the fuel gauge and air intake ventilator switch. Took it to Upington dealer after instruction for Reeds it was confirmed that the clutch and the other issues known to them are faulty. We had to go to Bloemfontein. We end up with the Renault dealer there. After agreement with Reeds Motors and Renault Bloemfontein they fixed the Clutch. Just to find out they not going to release my car because they Bloemfontein branch first want payment. After agreement they will fix and Louis from Bloemfontein spoke to Fabian in Claremont that it will be settled between them. At the end I have to pay just for the car to be released. The fuel gauge give faulty readings as well was reset twice which is and still under warranty. Now Bloemfontein branch reacon the next time I will pay. They are a pathetic dealer wrt clientele and there Branch Manager Louis does not even has the courtesy to assist. It is people like that that make people like me to show how they are and make the brand Renault suck. Whereas they suppose to promote products and brand they will rather be ******** to ignore the fact they had an agreement and that means zero to the client...
