I would like to shine a very bright light on one of your employees from you Bloemfontein office, Ellanie Groenewald never have I received such exceptional customer service in my life. She went above and beyond to inform me of every little detail that was going on with regards to the car I had brought in for service. She explained everything thoroughly and left nothing out, this is one thing I loved about her.I’m sure clients who know nothing about cars leave her office having understood everything by the time the service is done. Every call she made to me started with her asking me how I’m doing and ended with her wishing me a great day further. Upon meeting her you are greeted with a beautiful kind smile and a very helpful attitude. I was so impressed by her and she made me feel at ease with everything.
