Renault is selling nightmares and poor service

I purchased a Renault triber seven seater around February 2023 at Renault somerset South Africa. I am traumatized beyond believe over the bad service, my car is only less 12 months old and it is a new 2023 model, I took my car in for service on 2023/01/16 and at about 30 000 Km. I informed the service agent that there is a rough vibration on the Air filter compartment and I need them to give it attention, the car was in from around 8:00 in the morning and later around after 14:00 in the afternoon I was informed that the car is ready for collection. Upon my arrival the same service agent informed me that, they could not pick anything wrong with the car but there is a problem with my clutch, apparently my clutch is slipping and he had a quotation ready for labor. Which is R4970 and he said the clutch kit cost is around R15000. I quationed their claim because my car was driving fine when I took it in and the car is still new. The indication I got from the agent is that my clutch is finished and I might have to pay around R20 000 for it because warranty does not cover wear and tare, I am highly disappointed at Renault and their service center at somerset. They failed to even answer my simple question, what is a life span of their clutch? I was given a lame response. I do not trust Renault cars and will not encourage anyone to buy one. To Buy a Renault tribe is like taking a high risk. Very disappointing.
