Lack of communication with customers

Took my car for services, used their shuttle to take me work, no one and i mean no one even the driver had the courtesy to tell me that they will not fetch me, I'm far from them, can't even make arrangement for Uber or Bolt cos they are on strike. I would have waited there for the car to be serviced and not be inconvenience like this... The services is poor i tell you - very disappointed indeed :-)
