Failure to replace spare wheel

I purchased a brand new Duster from them. It would be worth to mention that this was my 3rd new car purchased at Renault. My car was delivered to my house at around 9 the evening (I was suppose to collect it during the day as I had to drive down to Cape Town but instead I had to wait). On my journey down to Cape Town we heard a noise at the back of the car and reported it. When we returned there were cameras installed at the number plates and we were told that number plate could be the result of the noise. Lockdown happened and everyone obviously was paranoid [including myself as I have 2 kids at home who suffer from sever asthma]. After further complaints our sales person requested I come to the dealership which I did and was then sent to Tyre mart. My spare wheen was removed and a huge hole was found in it. The guy that removed it could not understand how the hole got there as [in his perspective] the Tyre was still brand new. They then communicated that to our sales person and he then asked if they had a spare available. If not that they send him a quote. After my husband had asked when we could receive a new Tyre the sales person responded on Monday, that was the 21st of August. I've since logged a complaint WITH Renault South Africa (THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED FROM AND THAT FROM A HEAD OFFICE). I've even obtained the quote that our sales person requested from Tyre mart as proof that this is what was promised to me and still nothing.

I will never in my life EVER purchase anything from Renault not even oxygen to stay alive. This is by far the WORST service I've ever experienced. Both Renault Silver lakes and Renault South Africa are PATHETIC to say the least.

You sold me a vehicle with a damaged spare wheel. You basically sold me a vehicle without a spare wheel. And then promise me one thing and do another.

If anything were to happen to any of my tyres on my journey down to Cape Town, I would be stranded in the middle of nowhere with my kids and no spare wheel.
