2018 Kwid seatbelt

I bought a new Renault Kwid a year ago and have only 47000km's on it. Now the driver seatbelt does not retract and the rear left passenger seat 'holder' is showing a crack in my boot. I have not been in an accident and trying to get someone to assist is as good as being ignored. E-mails for appointment is ignored, my car is still under warranty, but having it fixed will degrade my car to a class 2 vehicle. I find it sad that such an important safety feature does not draw any attention. So my intention is: to park my car in front of the service door at Renault Silverlakes this coming Monday and not move until I am assisted.
