Horrible receptionist

I phoned 28 times. Karin answer the phone and end it everytime. I hokd for the general number and I can hear her ckearly. She spoke to me and said she will put met through. When Karen answered she said Oh no and again end the call. Really all I need is an appointment for my car for a service. I am so used to excellent and professional service from Tavcor. It is my first time I am with Renault and can not get holf of them to book for a service
