They stole my spare wheel and rim

On the 27 of November I took my car for service and I was happy with service, today I'm having flat Tyre nd when I check for my spare wheel it's not there, I called Renault seaman I'm Port Elizabeth and service advisor agree with me that yes my spare wheel was in my car nd when it left so myb someone took it out of my car but it's not their technician nd they can't take ownership of something happened a month ago. I'm soo disappointed they way they are so quick to shift blame and not take ownership. I want my spare wheel back Who will open boot nd only take spare wheel only and leave everything else in a boot, I am not stupid technician who was working on my car didn't put it back, and yes I only noticed it now bcz I am experiencing a problem. I want my spare wheel & Rim for my safety because I can't be driving a car without a spare wheel and when I took my car for service it had 1 My number is *** Vin of my car is MEEBBA***
