Never buy a vehicle from this dealer, bad service

<p>Never buy yourself a vehicle from this dealer. Worst ever, the staff at sales is tops and u would think that they are so professional until u have a problem on your vehicle and have to deal with the service department, and their technicians. They are all false and and simply don't know what they are doing. The technicians will mess your vehicle up and then force you to accept your messed up vehicle and makes you a **** by telling you that your vehicle is fixed and that problem you are complaining about is not there. It's been more than a year that our vehicle has a problem which cannot be fixed and don't even talk about the owner (Craig) and Manager (Charne), damn their attitude is rude, they are arrogant and don't give a damn what your story is, they got there money so don't worry about you, it's never the dealers fault and then shifts the problem on to either Renault, Kia, and or Chery. I know of a lady that had a Renault with alot of problems she eventually was forced to take another car by them because they were unable to fix her car, same as for our vehicle. Best advise ever, STAY AWAY RATHER, DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME WITH THEM because they are the worsted dealer in South Africa and that nice attitude in the beginning is just a front which will later become sour once your vehicle has problems.</p>
