Kia services seamans motor group

On 24 December2019 we have a problem to our Kia Rio 1.4 tech hatcback 2014 of the left rear parking and head light which were not working,we were on holiday in Port Elizabeth from Vanderbijlpark and have to drive back to our home on the 26 December 2019 and we drive back in the dark which is extremely dangerous in the night without one light?I phone seamans Kia ( seamans motor group) in Port Elizabeth to advise me to bring the motor in for inspection which we done,by the seamans Kia service department a friendly woman help me nl Tanye Muller warranty clerk which se put all my details in the computer and the fault on the vechile,she ask me for the key and she said to us we can enjoy some coffee while we were waiting for the vechile,we not even drink our coffee finished when she came back with my key and said that their is a part been needed to fix the light and that they don't have stock,but she will phone me when she got the part from another kia dealer.When we drive back to our holiday guest house in blue water bay she phone me and said that the part nl lens HSG-RR comb I/S lamp LH is nowhere to find in SA and must be ordered from Korea and my shock it will cost me R7398,95 the technician who inspected my car was Ryno,and I had to pay them over R400,00 for the inspection???of not more then 3 minutes.When we came by our guest house we got a technician out of the advice of the owner of the guest house,he inspected our car about 15 minutes where he found the problem of a fused which where blast and cost me R800,00 cash because it was already late and it was after hours.I was really angry because of my time and cost and the service of Kia garage from seamans garage,how can we trust them of any services which we receive from them,I want answers from the CEO of KIA South Africa of this sort of to be misused all the people who drive Kia motors because how can we trust your services?if I don't get answers I will spread it out to SA,I am disappointed in Kia and to drive one,,what will follow after this incident?
