Renault is BAD NEWS

I took my Renault Captur in for the fixing of the aircon. They realized that it is the condenser and ordered it from France. I am driving a loan vehicle at the moment because my car it with Renault now already for 3 weeks. I have requested a bigger vehicle than the Nissan Micra I have received as a loan vehicle because my child is participating in the South African Junior Chess Championship in Benoni during THE school holidays. Yesterday they wanted to give me a Renault kwid hired vehicle which I refused as I will not be able to fit everything in it. Today they offer me the same vehicle or a Datsun. I am also told to return my loan vehicle as it has been sold. So I must now cancel my child being chosen for South African colors, UNACCEPTABLE!!
