Unhappy Client

I bought a car from this dealership in March this year. I asked him if the car had a wheel spanner and a jerk, he said "yes" a few months later I found out that he ****. I had to buy a jerk and a wheel spanner. Also, he gave me a spare wheel that is not standard size for the car I drive. I am not happy at all. I would like to take this to management.
