Renault Roodepoort useless service

I have been calling Renault Roodepoort to book for service tomorrow. Since 1:30 receptionist Estie I think tells me some lady Elaine will call me. It's 15:30 no call back and I have called several times. This Renault is useless and unprofessional. I think Renault Northcliff is better than them.
