Disregarded

I had purchased a pre-owned vehicle with (Motus) being Renault Roodepoort in Heldekruin. They assisted me in getting a vehicle but the downside here is that they handed over only the car registration with no license disc, while the temp registration has expired on 31 Jan 24. I have been sending emails to get assisted but no response is received. I called in today and asked to speak to the manager but was unavailable. I was told that they would ask the manager to call me back but no phone call was received. As a customer I feel disregarded. So what should I do now with plates that haven't been mounted on and a car with no license disc ?
