Damn it man

I have been waiting for the call to confirm my service booking but no call. i need to put in a request at work in time but no response. i have called every number available but it either doesn't connect or nobody piclks up. i literally have 2 days before i am overdue on my service and nobody can pick up the damn phone!!!! what **** service is this?
