Bad service from consultant in Roodepoort by name Ntombi thabethe

My name is Dimakatso and I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as today earlier, I called Roodepoort multifranchise Renault, that is situated in 49 ontedekkers Road Roodepoort, to get a quotation for my car for servicing, as well as to book it for servicing. However, the consultant that was helping me was rude and wasn't willing to help me. As we were speaking over the phone, she just transferred me to the workshop people who told me the amount which I will have to pay for my car to be serviced. I then called back and requested that if she could be kind and send me the quotation via email, she rudly transferred my call to another department which it wasn't answered and came back to her, she just told me that she has given my my information to the relevant people and dropped the call. As the customer, I was left there puzzled and did not know what to do. I called back and still got the same person and she maintained her rudeness.
