BAD SERVICE

I took my car in for service on 12/05/2023 at Renault Motus Roodepoort/ Renault Princess Crossing . Upon collection I found my windscreen broken and was told the manager had already left and will give me a call Monday 15/05/2023 at 8am. No call or email received yet. Those workshop guys broke my windscreen and that lady who did an inspection when I brought the car did not even have the decency to call me and advise me about it before collecting the vehicle. Only when I got there to collect the car then I saw the windscreen is broken (cracked). I then sent an email to the manager ANDRE till today no feedback, I have been doing follows and ANDRE always not in the office and in meetings 5 days now.
