Appalling Customer Service

I took my car weeks back for service , a week ago my service light came on , only to find out that you guys did not service it , your service is unacceptable .YOU BRING THE RENAULT BRAND DOWN.. I am actually appalled by your service even worse you kept my car overnight but didn't do anything...DISGUSTED!!!!!! You do not take your business, profession and clients seriously. I am not sure whats worse that you even called back to advise that the car was serviced or the fact that you thought you would get away with it...I have never felt so disrespected and undermined... RENAULT ROODERPOORT I WOULD RATHER JUMP OVER A BRIDGE THAN COME TO YOU FOR ANY SORT OF HELP!!!! I wouldn't recommend your service to anyone not even my worst enemy..
