Absolutely abhorrent service.

After 4 months of owning a vehicle purchased from Motus Renault Roodepoort I was informed the vehicle doesn't have a roadworthy certificate nor is it a registered vehicle, and I must sort these issues out, I was also promised a spare key the day I took ownership and that hasn't happened either. After several emails requesting communication from the dealer principle or sales manager I have received no contact, not even a reply to my emails explaining my grievances (it has been 8 days since my initial email.) I wanted to keep this offline and between myself and the dealer but I have clearly been shown that this is not a concern of theirs, unfortunately with service and communication this poor I cannot stress enough to avoid this dealership.
