I got stranded next to the road on a Sunday afternoon, gave roadside assistance a call and spoke to Zanele, he got down to business I M M E D I A T E L Y. Talked me through the whole process, got a tow truck out ASAP and regularly called to check up on me. Very chuffed with the service I received.
