I bought a Renault kwid 1.0 expression on the 24th of December .Before then I had read some bad reviews about kwid and Renault itself asked the salesman about it but he did dismissed it completely. I wanted a budget car as I work night shift .24th was told about how much the installment would be and signed.Was also told it came with maintenance plan and insurance. 2weeks after they phoned me and told me that if I'm to sign up for a warranty booster it would cover everything not covered on the maintenance plan which I agreed to and would be added on my installment. On the 26 of January exactly a month and 3days the car broke down could barely move.Phoned road assistance and they said they will tow to Renault pinetown when the nearest was Renault Gateway or better since Durban cbd where I bought it .When I asked them why they said Renault pinetown was 24hours which later was said not to be true and I was there the entire weekend to be looked at Monday and they even asked why was it towed there and I had to explain. Monday came and received no feedback until I called in and was told "they would look at it after end of days work " meaning as a customer mine was not a priority. They even said if they look and claim them mainintance does not cover I'd be charged on my account which is totally *******. I'm yet to pay my first installment and yet I have no car what nonsense is that.i have maintenance and a warranty booster to top that up so hopes they would make it work but until now I'm paying R400 per day to and from work yet they except me to pay my first installment 31st January. My salesperson even ignores my messages and calls .Wow you made a sell and you don't deliver after sales service.Renault has poor customer service and Kwid is the worst car you can ever buy a breakdown just barely a month.Squicking sounds ,hard clutch you name it.Renault I'm ****ed and a disappointed customer .To everyone out there save yourself this stress and don't buy from Renault. You can as well read other reviews about it online it's totally a ****ed up service
