The new Renault Kwid

<p>I bought the new Renualt Kwid late November 2016. Shortly after, the engine light came on and they fixed it for me. About a month or so later the engine light came on again, booked in the car and they fixed it again. </p> <p> </p> <p>Last week again (the 3rd) this happened and I clearly felt something was wrong with the vehicle. The car was booked in last week wednesday. They called me backed told me that the egine seized, something on the second cylinder. A week later (today 26/04/2017) my car is still not fixed. I am without a vehicle becuase BB Auto Polokwane refuses to give me a courtasy vehicle. I am on leave as from today and it looks like I'll be spending the week at home. Even thoug I have a 5 year warrenty on the car, looks like I will be back every month for repairs</p> <p> </p> <p>The service in buying the new vehicle was great. After sales service, nothing. Being without a vehicle for a week now. Looks like its going to be another week. This was clearly not the service that I expected from this so called reputable company.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
