Renault service is no service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have received the worst service from Renault Paarden Eiland. After sending our car which is just over two years old to them to be serviced it came back with an alarming rattle sound. TAke it back turns out the car needs a new gear box which in itself is disgusting for such a new car. For TWO WHOLE WEEKS WE HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM EVERYDAY FOR AN UPDAT, THEY DONT CALL BACK THEIR MANAGER IS ALWAYS TOO BUSY.We were promised a courteousy car and to finally take the car in tomorrow, turns out all a lie yet again!!! cant tell us when we can bring car in which sounds like the engine is about to fall out. Lazy and *********** AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. the first time we took it for a service we also had to take it back three times what is going on. I want this sorted out now
