PATHETIC SERVICE

Car was booked in on Wednesday for water leakage and the brake light. The afternoon the service advisor Rick phoned to say the water leakage was fixed but they just need to run a diagnostix to check the break light.

We phoned Thursday and was told no they only checked the water pipes for the two days the job is 8000.00 they didn't check anything else and we must take the car to a technician to sort out the car after we pay them 8000.00 cause that's just to fix the leakage and we can only get the car a week later cause the parts are coming from JHB.

Seriuosly Renault these bunch of people are idiots from the start when u book in and they cant even give you a professional friendly welcome.

So I need to go hire a car to drop my kids off at school cause they cant give me a courtesy car and I must pay them 8000.00 and pay a technician.

Oh and the diagnostix was only for the water pipes not the break light.
