MINUS 10 WORST SERVICE EVER

Wish i could give them a minus 10

i am struggling since 16 July to get my vehicle checked out as there is numerous issues for a vehicle with not even 20 000 km on the clock and it is still under warranty but absolutely nothing

I have even asked them if they can rather transfer the stuff to another branch with no response although i have followed up

They are absolutely useless and i need to drive with a vehicle that does not have a lot of km's on but that's also not 100% as a new vehicle should be

What the hell are they then getting a salary for?
