Wasted a whole day, and only got a quote to replace brakes!!

I book my vehicle for a faulty clutch which was repaired by the same garage under warranty before, and still is under warranty, and for the brakes. When I send my car there from Rustenburg, to be there at 7, they only phone me after 16:00 to let me know they don't have stock on the brakes, and would need another 2 days to find the fault on the clutch? I love my Renault Van, but will unfortunately not replace it with a Renault again, due to poor dealership service.
