Vehicle worse than before it was serviced

I had my Renault Duster 'serviced' by this company. The charge was substantial. Within 5km from the dealership the engine service light came on. On inspection the wires on tp of the engine were exposed, with some being disconnected. The engine cover is missing. Trying to contact them telephonically but have been cut off five times thus far. Learn from my mistake.
