Unsatisfied with a service

This was my first time doing service for my Kiger at Renault. I was surprised by the fact that they only take. you to your workplace but to fetch a car you have to find your own transport. I don't understand if they can't pick me up then they must come with my car to me. The reason I bought a car is because I don't want to be stranded now I have to call an uber or bolt and pay to fetch my car . I was not happy at all.
