Pudrid service!!!

Doesn't even deserve the 1 star!!

We have been trying to get authorization for 4 months for a clutch replacement, we were told that nothing can be done until the car is brought to the service Centre. The car has been at the dealer for a month, parts have been ordered and we were not notified of the extra costs. We have been quoted R1900 and something over the extended warranty amount, and ended up at R3500 and something because they had miscalculated. We have to phone continuously and ask for updates, when promised an update and follow up it doesn't happen. The manager and staff are not helpful, rude and very arrogant, no professionalism and client service whatsoever, actually a disgrace to the Renault brand.
