Poor Service.

My car had a problem in November. It was towed to Renault Newcastle for repairing the starter and ignition. They told me it will take 21 working days, till today still waiting. I app**** for a courtesy car in December, they told me now in January that I don't qualify because my car is over 1 year warranty. I am paying for something I do not have. I don't understand how can a big company like them have no parts in SA.
