I bought a new Renault Kiger in 2022

I bought a new Renault Kiger in 2022. Within three Months it was already giving me problems. I reported the matter to the dealership and they said it's factory fault. It has been giving me problems and I've been reported it numerously. I even went to other Renault branches and they asked Renault Newcastle to book the car in and do thorough inspection of which they did not do. As i speak I am at a dealership, reporting another problem, it is like they have never seen me before but o do have proof that i have been bringing this car to them. Kindly advise as to what i must do now
