Complaint

Good day, I'm highly dissapointed and need your assistance here. I bought a car with Auto Pedigree in vryheid in June then the very same month had a problem with the electric window switch but they said it was still under warranty so they booked for my car in Renault Newcastle but till today 26 August it's not yet fixed and they keep on saying they are waiting for the part to be delivered n yet my car's window is still giving me trouble and no feedback is provided even when I call they promise to call me back and haven't. It's gonna start raining and my window doesn't close. How on earth must I travel 2 full months with an unoperating window. Please help
