Service and after care service TERRIBLE

<p>Bought my car from this dealer and was told of an after service plan and till this day there has been non, took my car for a rattling noise that i have experienced on Monday this morning i called as there has been no part ordered and to my dismay there is a number of cars that experince this fault so clearly there is a mechamininal or technical problem there. am dissappointed on their customer care its horrible</p>
