Renault Nelspruit lacks consumer care

I recently had the rare priviledge of buying a beautifull, shiny, new Renault Duster 4x4. I drove the Duster off the dealership floor (Renault Nelspruit Multifranchise) on the 28th of April without a) a remote door locking key b) without a service/maintenance book c) and only a temp licence BUT with the assurance of the priciple dealer (Manager) , Chris, that these items will be couriered to me in Hoedspruit the next day - 29 April 2016. To date i.e. 13 May 2016, I have yet to receive any of the listed items and not through lack of trying to communicate from my side. I hav phoned & spoke with the sales representative, and after no response phoned again to speak to Chris, howevr to no avail THEN e-mail to the sales representative and to Chris. I received a 'read'receipt on the 11th May 2016 however no reply. Friends of mine also took delivery of their new Duster on the same day and also without any of the abovementioned items. However, a driver was sent to their house in Kampersrus/Hoedspruit and they received all said items and me; that live just up the road from them have not even received the courtesy of a reply by e-mail or a phone call. Out of pure desperation I then went into the Renault South Africa Head Office site under the heading of a complaint, asking for the MD's or at least the GM who would have the brances under his/her portfolio, and I am also waiting for some correspondence/communication - however no word from their head office either?!

I was wondering if there are any Renault managers or principle dealerships that would say that my request and complaint is unreasonable? I am driving a new car without a automatice locking device, proper registration number plate and no service books.?
