Pathetic service. 10 days to repair oil leak, replace a valve and a timing chain. All still within warranty

My Vehicle (which is still under warranty) was dropped off at the Service Centre on 18 December 2020. On 22 December I received feedback that the oil leak has to be repaired and a valve has to be replaced. I was also informed they are awaiting approval to replace the timing chain. On 28 December I was informed that approval was received and that my vehicle would be ready for collection on 31 December. On 31 December at 11h02 I was informed that they would contact me when to collect my vehicle on 31 December. At 13h31 I was informed that my vehicle will only be available for collection on 4 January 2021. No collection time could even be confirmed.

This is the worst pathetic service I have ever received . Delayed approvals, bad service lead times and empty promises. And My vehicle is still under warranty.
