I have received a bird service from renault motus tokai.. I hv made an enquiry stating the vehicle i want mind u ive asked a quote n the sales person couldn't assist until i had to do a survey on their website.. Right after signing the contract there was no communication of how and when the vehicle will be delivered and they made me believe the car is in good condition.. I called the branch manager to find out the status of my delivery as insurances was active and only to find out the vehicle went for an inspection and would like to change the vehicle to another... How do u not communicate with customers and explain the problem to them luckily contract was only signed online n had to cancell.. Motus renault tokai is a no no if you desperately looking for a car those guys have poor communications and don't give feedback if not asked... Stay away from this dealership
