poor service

had a break down with my Renault Kwid, the dealership close to me was Renault Centurion, they seem to be unbothered, my car was at the service repair for two weeks, i got my car back and it broke down again, with more problems than before, staff not friendly at all, they couldn't even help me with a courtesy car, they said they don't have any rental cars, but the day i went to collect my car, i saw a courtesy car.. im not happy with the service of Renault in general. why are yo0u guys treating your customers like this??
