Worst service ever

Renault midrand is the worst ever. My car was making sounds when I was driving. I took it for diagnosis and paid R1200, they told the problem was reer bearing and they needed to fix certain parts. So they gave me a quotation of R7800 for them to order parts. I paid it and waited for the parts that took long to arrive. After complaining to the manager then I was asked to bring my car to be fixed the following Monday. They took my car and Fix it. I paid R3600 for Labour. When I picked up the car, it was still making load sounds when I was driving. The main problem I had was not fixed. I feel ********** for something they didn't do. Renault midrand doesn't car about its customers. I feel taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars. All I wanted was for them to fix the main thing that was causing those load noises.
