Poor product

Good morning

I have videos of my strangle every time I what to drive out since last October with the Battery, it’s forever dead and the car it’s only 16 months old. Netstar don’t even call to find out why the car battery is disconnected , both Traffic and Netstar where recommended by the dealer I got the car from. I feel like because the dealer has made the sales and got my business don’t care about the services their third party is providing to us. If the battery is giving me problems at 16 months old is either Renault fault, I need this matter sorted out ASAP.

Batterie normally give issues after 24 months why mine is like this @Renault if battery it’s faulty before the 24 months of battery warranty it should be your matter to resolve my problem. May I kindly get assist on the below query, kindly not the inconvenience this is causing I need to go to the Doctor my husband is not home the battery is dead as usual even if I get someone to boost my battery how will I get back from the doctor cause immediately I switch the car off after some time it’s dead again.

@Renault where the hell didn’t you get this battery as it come with the car and where is the warranty documentation from your supplier for the battery so we can see the life span of it.
