Minor service

I bought my car on the 9th December 2020 at Renault North Cliff everything was fine until March 2021 when it started giving me sounds. I took it back to North Cliff and the mechanic guy said the car was fine as he didn't hear those sounds, and the car became worse so I contacted the dealership on Monday 7th June 2021 and I was advised that since I'm in Midrand I can take it to the Midrand dealership. When I got there I told them the problem and Lukhanyo said that he can also see that my tyres needs alignment so historically going to charge me R420 for it and I asked why because I was never told to take my car in for alignment after 10 000km but I told him to do the alignment. When I got home I received a call and the lady said there's a small chip and it's going to cost me R350 and I was surprised again then she said she can claim it from my insurance and I said no. After an hour I received a call from Lukhanyo and he told me that the reason for the sounds is because of my sub frame is damaged and it's going to cost me R9300, I explained to him that the car is still under warranty and there's no way I'm going to pay that amount and I took it for that sound but nothing was done, then he told me that there's nothing he can do once the alignment is done he will give me a call so that I can come take my car. I was very disappointed and frustrated but I took the car back to the North Cliff and they promised to resolve the problem. I would never advise anyone to take their car to CHM Midrand as those people are trying to just make money out of their clients, I feel like they're apprenticeship guys working there.
