Extremely poor service from CHM Renault Midrand!!!

On Friday the 31st I had taken in my car for a few things that weren't working correctly. Since my car Warranty expires in Feb 2020.

1. The window shifts down after I close it and drive over a bump. (This was a previous problem fixed as I explained to them at their branch)

2. The internal aircon circulation cuts off after 30-40min.

3. The automatic wipers work inconsistently.

After recieving my car back this was their feedback:

1. The window motor burns out if you open and close it multiple times. ( I explained. I open it once and close it once after entering my estate when driving over a bump.)

2. They drove it for 4km and the aircon circulation worked. ( After I explained it happens after 30-40min of driving)

3. Both Automatic levers on the car must be on. (Like I don't know this...)

When I got there after struggling through traffic for 2hours using a borrowed car ( I had to make missions for since I still need to work and and am on the road a lot)

My hazards were left on by Renaults Service centre causing my car battery to be completely dead. Luckily someone from the Nissan section helped me by getting a portable battery to get my car started.

This is unacceptable service. I will not take my car to this place again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
