BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

bought front wheel bearing on the 28th of last month and i was informed that i will receive them after 48hours, On friday the 30th in the morning i phone and asked to speak to Ralph who told me that he was still busy with the stock and that he will phone me back to advise and never did then i waited till 3pm and decided to phone again as it was getting late and i was sending someone from soweto to pick them up for me but to my suprise the bearings were still not there.

I requested to speak to the manager hoping that he will HANDLE with my issue effectively but he did not have time to even listen to me and he told me that he will phone me back only for him to send Ralph to phone me back instead of him.

Ralph only confessed that there were no bearings after i requested for the manager and i was so furious that i needed my refund back but decided to give them grace till today before 11am but guess what i am still awaiting for the so called bearings and the damn manger has never phoned to check if all is in order or not.

Ralph promised that my bearing will be delivered TO MY WORK PLACE TODAY as soon as they have them today and looking at the time i asked him to honestly tell me if i am getting me bearing today or not because he sounds like he is making false promises only for me to be disappointed again and i needed to take leave for tomorrow to attend to my vehicle.

Cancelling this whole thing is not a problem but I will not leave this hanging without making sure that the superious are aware of this simply for wasting my own time and energy especially when it comes to the manager who never bothered himself with this case.
