Warranty plan

I have been communicating with sales manager to attend to the warranty plan that was included in my contract when I purchased my car last year January. I have been calling them and they always had an excuse, I am still waiting for them to fix the issue, they don’t even answer my calls.

I’m really disappointed and I will never do business with them ever again.
